The GOA team offers customized partnerships and professional learning services for schools. We specialize in hands-on, collaborative learning that empowers educators and school leaders to put new ideas into practice.

Our process begins with a discovery call to learn more about your strategic goals. Together, we’ll develop a schedule, scope, and team for our work together. GOA will design and facilitate all sessions as well as provide you with a portfolio of artifacts from our sessions.

Cohort-Based Learning

Ongoing, job-embedded professional development with your own GOA coach.

We work with cohorts of educators and school leaders in ongoing, job-embedded professional learning partnerships. These five to six-month partnerships blend in-person and online learning to ensure that teachers on your team get far more than "one-and-done" professional learning and have an authentic chance to develop, test, and iterate on new ideas.

Each cohort works with its own GOA coach, an expert facilitator who will curate and present content, design and facilitate discussions, and offer feedback to cohort members. GOA will work with your team on the design and timing of a cohort program.

We also work with schools to design and facilitate retreats, professional development days, and events. Our workshops are interactive and fun. We use a variety of prompts, tools, and visible thinking strategies to spark generative conversation and make sure your ideas are clearly articulated, organized, and documented. Our simple, usable templates and worksheets help align teams and make complex ideas and processes more accessible. We work both online and in person, depending on your needs and schedule.
