Summer Courses
Summer 2025: Monday, June 16 - Friday, August 1
Summer 2025 runs from Monday, June 16, to Friday, August 1, offering over 20 of GOA's most popular courses in a flexible, fully online, seven-week format open to all high school students. Courses are primarily asynchronous, meaning students do not attend live classes at set times, but they will have regular check-ins with teachers and opportunities to connect with peers.

What to Know About Summer@GOA
Dates: June 16 – August 1, 2025
Accreditation & Credits: GOA is accredited by NEASC & WASC; official transcripts provided upon course completion, which may be eligible for school credit.
Time Commitment: Most courses require 10–12 hours per week; Algebra I, Geometry, and Precalculus require 15–20 hours per week.
Course Format: Primarily asynchronous, with regular synchronous touchpoint, and students will not attend pre-determined class meeting times.
Cost for Member School Students: Most courses are $800 per enrollment; Algebra I, Geometry, and Precalculus are $1,100 per enrollment.
Cost for Non-Member School Students: Most courses are $1,200 per enrollment; Algebra I, Geometry, and Precalculus are $1,400 per enrollment.
College Essay Workshop: This two-week program is designed to assist students in crafting their college application essays; cost is $250 for member school students, $350 for students from non-member schools.
